In plans submitted by Hardimon Contracting based out of Mableton, GA, the project will consist of two residential buildings on a property zoned as SPI-20 SA3. One building will hold six units, and the other building backing Campbellton Road SW will contain four attached residential units. Each unit will be approximately 1,400 square feet in size and include three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. A shared private driveway off of Campbellton Road will provide access to each of the rear-facing one-car garages.

According to the Hardimon Contracting website, the residential construction company has been developing projects in the Atlanta area since 2010. They are considered an affordable housing development partner for residential developers and municipalities and are currently licensed to construct residential including single-family detached, zero lot line, and single-family attached (townhomes), along with light commercial. They serve the areas of Atlanta, East Point Dekalb County, and College Park.
