“We are taking the top level of what was formerly Pirch Atlanta and will be next to LA Fitness,” Robbert Madlem, market director for Salon Lofts, shared with What Now Atlanta Monday.
“With a dedicated education space and at 33 lofts, this location will be a little bit larger than our other locations. We typically operated with a loft number around the lower 20s, so this will be a flagship location.”
Remodeling the 6,793-square-foot space is expected to carry a $350,000 price tag.
The lofts will take up Suite 310 on the second level of the Publix- and Target-anchored development.
The new Salon Lofts join 18 existing locations in Alpharetta, Brookhaven, Buckhead (Buckhead Crossing), East Cobb, Johns Creek, Midtown, Dunwoody, Roswell, and Sandy Springs, Kenessaw and Briarcliff Village, according to the company website.
Founded in 2003 by Daniel Sadd, Salon Lofts has locations in Ohio, Florida, Indiana, Missouri, and Georgia.
The Salon Lofts at Lenox Marketplace will be open by the end of September 2020.

Hopefully we get a Uniqlo oneday
With Pottery Barn’s recent departure, I could see Uniqlo taking that spot. Or, if PB Kids follows them shortly thereafter.
“athletic apparel” Lulz.
This will actually be Sandro and Maje’s second introduction to the Atlanta market, as I was the manager for them both at Bloomingdales Lenox from 2014 til 2016. These are two great Parisian companies with beautiful style to offer Atlanta once again. Excited to see them coming back as an in-line store!!!!
