Fork & Spoon is planned for 599 Whitehall Street SW, according to a liquor license application. The site is next to Trederick’s Seafood (from the same owner) and across the street from CubeSmart Self Storage. It is about one mile south of Mercedes-Benz Stadium.

The restaurant would include dancing and live entertainment. It’s not yet clear what type of food would be served at Fork & Spoon, but the establishment would have a full-service kitchen and seating for 146, according to the liquor license application. Sixty percent of sales are estimated to come from food, with 40 percent coming from alcohol. Operating hours for Fork & Spoon would be 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday to Thursday, 11 a.m. to midnight Friday and Saturday, and 12 p.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday.

The owner is listed as Trederick Gray, who owns the restaurant next door, Trederick’s Seafood. That restaurant opened in 2019.

Atlanta Fork & Spoon Restaurant Inc. was created in February 2024, according to a filing with the Georgia Secretary of State’s office.
