A new eatery is planned for a shopping center in Roswell.
Taqueria La Bikina will be located at 1055 Mansell Road, according to leasing documents reviewed by What Now Atlanta.
The 1,300-square-foot space is located at the Shops at Mansell shopping center, between Hero Boy Sandwich Company and Lanzhou Ramen N Sushi. The space used to be occupied by Persian Kabob Land.
According to a filing with the Georgia Secretary of State’s office, Taqueria La Bikina LLC was created in August 2024. The lease for the Roswell space was signed on Sept. 20, 2024.
Ownership for Taqueria La Bikina could not be reached for more information about the concept or when it is expected to open, but according to the leasing documents, the lease is set to begin March 2025. Photos of the under-construction space show colorful murals.
