After filing for building permits in May, Proxima has now demolished the one-story residential structures at the site and is well into pre-construction work for Pullman Flats, at 112 Rogers St. SE. While it’s unclear exactly when the project will go vertical, Pullman Flats is on track for a late-fall 2021 delivery.

Fifteen homes have been listed as part of the first release: three studios, five one-bedroom, and seven two-bedroom, with pricing starting at $199,900 (441 square feet), $289,900 (804 square feet), and, $359,900 (1070 square feet), respectively. The largest condo currently available is Home 306, the “Arizona” layout (pictured below), priced at $464,900 spanning 1,449 square feet, with an HOA of $485.43 (studios have HOA fees of $147.74).

Amenities include a rooftop deck with a grilling station, a clubroom with bar, a fourth-floor communal terrace, a fitness center, and a dog washing station. There will also be ground-level retail space.

  1. With the exception of that unfortunate garage entrance, the front facade looks really nice!
