Atlanta can’t get enough pizza and pasta.
According to a recent building permit application, Al Dente Pizza and Pasta is moving in to Unit B at 800 Marietta St NW.
Per the permit filing, Washington Design Group out of Kennesaw is the architect on the project. They will be renovating the nearly 4,500-square foot “existing restaurant space” into the new Al Dente which has a construction cost of $150,000.
J. L. Johnson & Associates LLC, a boutique law firm located in Snellville, is the registered agent for the restaurant, according to the Georgia Corporations Division. Antrice Spells of Houston, TX, and Carine Guerrier and Mussie G. Haile of Atlanta, are all listed as owners of the restaurant according to the business formation document that was filed.
Besides it being a full-service restaurant, not much else is known about the forthcoming concept.
