Construction documents indicate that the project involves the construction of an approximately 4,450-square-foot convenience store and two 1,800-square-foot spaces, one of which could be a restaurant. There will also be several fuel pumps.

The development would be built in Henry County where Bridges Road and Willow Lane meet.

Construction plans indicate that the convenience store will have a kitchen, beer cave and a freezer, as well as merchandise shelves throughout the middle of the space and restrooms at the back corner.

MSM Equity 3, Inc. is listed as the developer of the project.
