A retail shell building is proposed for a site on Paces Ferry Road SE, according to construction documents. The one-story building would be 17,155 square feet.

The documents indicate plans for up to 12 tenants, ranging from 1,200 to 2,400 square feet. The spaces could be for restaurants, retail or office tenants. There will be 112 parking spaces, according to the plans.

The project at the corner of Paces Ferry Road and Vinings Slope appears to be related to the “Shops at Vinings Ridge” project that has been in talks since 2019. It is located next to the Hotel Indigo Atlanta – Vinings.

According to the Vinings Village HOA, the Shops at Vinings Ridge is expected to break ground in early 2025. Local brunch eatery Just Brunch Breakfast Bar is expected to open at the development later that year.

The project comes from D&A Investment Group.
