An official with Cips explained that it will open a full-service coffee shop with an on-site micro roasting operation at 2780 W Village Drive, Suite B. The company will also have a wholesale roasting room inside the coffee shop. “We will roast coffee on-site for local wholesale distribution and for our walk-in customers to view and learn about roasting.”

Both Cieply and Jac intend to supply their stores with only the highest grade of coffee. “It starts with the best beans from carefully selected sustainable farms around the globe. As defined by the SCA (Specialty Coffee Association), 80 points is considered specialty-grade coffee. At Cips, we demand an even higher standard of 85+,” said the company spokesperson.

In addition to traditional coffee drinks such as lattes and cappuccinos, Cips will also stock a wide array of local pastries and breakfast items such as smoothies and acai bowls.

Once open, their hours will be 7 am-3 pm, Monday through Saturday. Be sure to check out their social media for more information.
