The walk-up parlor would replace the Pak Mail next door to Subway in the Publix-anchored Cascade Crossing Shopping Center.

Owner Ruth Coleman also owns the Camp Creek Bruster’s location.

Coleman aims to open the location about eight weeks after permits are issued.

The Bruster’s outpost will sell a variety of flavors and offer handmade waffle cones, sundaes, “candy-filled blasts” and thick milkshakes.

Bruster’s is based in Bridgewater, Pennsylvania. According to the company’s website, the chain consists of nearly 200 independently owned locations in 19 states, Guyana and South Korea.
