Bath & Body Works is planned for a space at 145 Commerce Avenue at LaGrange Plaza. The space, in suite 8, was formerly occupied by Golden Beauty Supply, which closed earlier this year.
The scope of work includes a full remodel of the store’s existing flooring, walls, lighting and ceiling, according to construction plans. The store will be nearly 3,000 square feet.
Other tenants at the shopping center in addition to the Publix grocery store include PetSense, The UPS Store, Dollar Tree and Little Caesars. The new Bath & Body Works store would be in the corner of the plaza.
Bath & Body Works is a leading retailer of body care and home products, including fragrance mists, body lotion and cream, candles, fragrance diffusers and liquid hand soap.
Founded in 1990, Bath & Body Works is based in Columbus, Ohio. There are more than 1,850 company-operated stores in the U.S. and Canada, as well as more than 485 international franchised locations.
There is an existing Bath & Body Works store at LaGrange Mall.
