A new medical office building is proposed for Acworth.
An Aylo Health location is planned for 2066 Seven Hills Connector, according to construction documents. The two-story building would be approximately 24,622 square feet, according to the plans. The lower level would be used as a general medical office, with the upper floor used as “white box” tenant space. The remaining space will be communal amenities.
The medical office would be constructed across from Seven Hills Station, a Publix-anchored shopping center in Acworth.
Aylo Health is an Atlanta-based provider of primary care, imaging, sleep and pediatric services. The clinics offer weekend, evening and same-day appointments for convenience.
“Our unique approach combines the convenience of urgent care, the services of a medical center, and the personal attention of a family doctor,” according to the company website.
