E+ROSE Wellness Company is proposed for a mixed-use site at 505 N Angier Avenue NE, according to a building permit application with the City of Atlanta. The space is located near the Atlanta BeltLine Eastside Trail.
The estimated cost of construction on the 1,530-square-foot space is $382,500, according to the building permit application. The documents indicate plans for indoor seating and a space for grab-and-go items.
E+ROSE Wellness Company was founded by registered dietician Robbie Nowinski in 2017 as a way to provide a quick-serve healthy food option. There are now seven locations of the concept in Tennessee, with another one planned. The menu includes smoothies and smoothie bowls, coffee, salads, toast, cold-pressed juices, and other nutritious snacks.
This isn’t the only E+ROSE in the works in Atlanta. As previously reported by What Now Atlanta, the health food eatery has also been proposed for Midtown.
There is currently a link for “Atlanta locations” on the E+ROSE website, but no information on the page yet.
