The restaurant, at 265 Ponce De Leon Ave, is building out into neighboring Suite B, formerly the home of M F Sushi Bar.

Michael Glover, Owner of the Nancy’s Pizza location, filed the permits.

Glover told What Now Atlanta (WNA) Tuesday that the renovation will expand the restaurant from 67 to 180 seats, allowing the eatery to serve bigger parties and shorten the wait times on the weekends. The expansion would add new patio space along Ponce De Leon Avenue as well.

In an effort to “bring music back to the pizza business,” Nancy’s Pizza plans to feature a grand piano for live music on Friday and Saturday nights.

Until now, the restaurant has not served alcohol, but Glover says an alcohol license should be obtained within 60 days.

Renovations should be complete by the third week of June.

  1. Mike instead of expanding maybe you should train your current staff how to treat customers.
You guys do not pic up the phone. We have to call other locations to find out what to do.
I am on the phone right now to let them know that the pizza is raw and has ham in it (we are not allowed to eat ham)
Terrible service, undercook food and a big waste of money. I spent 30 dollars for a large pizza and cant eat a single slice.
I ordered the pizza at 6:23 pm and it was not ready till 7:40.
Please takecare of your current customers so we don’t have to go out to eat after ordering in.
    VERY, VERY DISSAPOINTED.
