The company will replace the now-shuttered Tin Drum Asian Kitchen, at 265 18th Street NW, inside the mixed-use development.

Tin Drum’s last day was December 31, 2017, the Asian eatery late-last week announced on its Facebook page.

“A big thank you to our Tin Drummers in Atlantic Station for the many years of fun,” the company said in a statement on the social media site.

“We’ll be closing on 12/31 so come by and help us say goodbye!”

NaanStop is expected to open in Atlantic Station mid-2018, Samir Idnani, the concept’s co-owner Monday told What Now Atlanta (WNA) in an email.

“We are excited to open our third NaanStop location in Atlantic Station and share mom’s recipes with more Atlantans,” Idnani said.

The menu offers a variety of traditional Indian dishes in a fast-casual setting, giving customers the option to have their protein in a salad, rice bowl or “naanwich.”

The restaurant’s most popular dishes include Chicken Tikka Masala and Samosas.

“Atlantic Station is focused on building on our strengths, and one of those strengths is being the neighborhood where visitors, residents and office employees can all be comfortable to discover fresh options,” Nick Garzia, director of retail leasing for Hines, the center’s operator, Monday said in a press release.

“NaanStop’s goal of making Indian food accessible to everyone is a perfect addition to Atlantic Station’s ethos.”

Existing NaanStop locations are in Downtown and Buckhead.
