MuLan, a Chinese restaurant situated in what was once a Victorian-style Midtown home, has shuttered.
And this time it’s for good.
In 2014 the restaurant temporarily closed its doors to correct cockroach infestation issues.
It’s unclear why the restaurant, at 824 Juniper Street NE, called it quits this week.

The restaurant’s telephone is no longer active and a “sorry, we are closed” graphic is the new homepage on the restaurant’s website.
Yelp has also marked MuLan as “closed.”

Perimeter marketplace was reported to be moving forward in early April. The development will be anchored by Publix/Greenwise and includes ~35,000 square feet of “small shops” space.
Ben, thanks for the comment. We’ve updated our coverage after speaking with Branch Properties, the developer of Perimeter Marketplace. ~ CJS
