MoJo’s Motown Eatery later this month will reopen as a full-service location of The Sleepy Potato.
Mario Johnson, the owner of both concepts, is looking to take the loaded baked potato restaurant national.
“We’re rebranding MoJo’s,” Johnson Thursday told What Now Atlanta in an email.
“I’m opening another location [of The Sleepy Potato] in Detroit and am moving in the direction of franchising.”
Situated at 880 M.L.K. Jr Dr. SW, the historic property was once home to Fraiser’s Cafe Society circa 1946.
The Sleepy Potato starting in “two weeks” will serve its “infused XXL loaded potatoes with the works” out of the Vine City space.
Toppings include chicken, lamb, steak, shrimp, salmon, and vegetables.
Breakfast items, not available in the original Greenbriar Mall food court location, will be added to the menu.

Over priced food and I’m not even lame to leave comments but folks need to know when they being robbed payed y’all 13dollars for dam chicken and waffle plate no drink no side like that shit supper fye or something man y’all gone run out of business wit them prices.
