Mill Creek Residential Wednesday in a press release announced Atlanta-based organic juice bar concept Kale Me Crazy will open in the multifamily developer’s Modera Vinings community.
Modera Vinings, which broke ground mid-2016, is also now pre-leasing, according to the announcement.
“Kale Me Crazy’s philosophy of supporting a healthy lifestyle seamlessly falls in line with our vision for Modera Vinings,” Harvey Wadsworth, managing director at Mill Creek, said in the release.
“All of the Modera communities focus heavily on walkability and active living, so we’re pleased to invite this local concept to further that lifestyle with our residents.”
With 10 established locations in both Atlanta and Cary, N.C., the superfood café will offer a variety of quick and nutritious options like juices, smoothies, salads and wraps.
Modera Vinings, at 3205 Cumberland Boulevard nestled above 3.5 acres of land overlooking a private body of water, dubbed Crossroads Pond, was designed in collaboration with Lord Aeck Sargent.
The community will feature 269 studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes above 5,316 square feet of street-facing retail space.
“With the development of Modera Vinings, it’s been our goal to build on the vibrant culture of the Vinings neighborhood, while creating a new sort of live, work and play destination,” Wadsworth said.
“…we hope to give members of the Vinings community a dynamic living experience and further contribute to the growth the area has seen in recent years.”
