Mill Creek Residential Thursday announced pre-leasing for its Modera Buckhead community, at 3005 Peachtree Rd NE, is now in progress.
The multifamily developer has also inked a deal for Spa Sydell to open at the apartment highrise, according to the announcement.
“With the development of Modera Buckhead, it’s been our goal to capitalize on the central location of the community and provide residents with the convenience, amenities, and comfort they’re looking for in a Buckhead home,” Harvey Wadsworth, managing director at Mill Creek, said in a prepared statement.
“Partnering with Spa Sydell, which got its start in Buckhead, will provide residents and visitors a unique, locally based retail option, and we’re looking forward to welcoming them back to the neighborhood early next year.”
Spa Sydell is expected to open at the property in January 2019 following a recent change in the company’s ownership.
Upon opening, the spa will offer a welcoming consult room, spa suites, medical equipment for the latest in anti-aging and body contouring, and new products, including a medical grade skin care line, Omni Bioceutical Innovations, and more.
Situated at the corner of Peachtree and Pharr Roads, Modera Buckhead is a 21-story mixed-use community with 400 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes, each including 42-inch custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, and iPhone home accessibility, as well as over 21,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space.
The east courtyard on the eighth floor will include a daytime pool with chaise lounge pods directly adjacent to an indoor spa, steam room and relaxation lounge.
Within the eighth-floor west courtyard, a breezeway will integrate the covered, open-air social lounge with an outdoor entertainment area, featuring a lounge pool with a sun shelf and continuous bench seating, a video projection wall, and a lawn panel for outdoor games.
A two-floor rooftop terrace, connected by a “grand staircase,” will include an indoor-outdoor bar and lounge space.
Other amenities include a rooftop dog park complete with agility-training and exercise equipment and a yoga studio, juice bar, and fitness center.
Modera Buckhead is a joint venture in partnership with Elite International Investment Fund, a real estate investment platform with capital coming from Asia.
