Ackerman & Co. owns the nearly 13-acre warehouse located near Lee + White, a mixed-destination along the Atlanta BeltLine Westside Trail with dining, retail and office space.

The warehouse could be redeveloped into retail, office and other commercial space, Urbanize Atlanta reports. Plans call for parking lot updates and new storefronts.

The Atlanta BeltLine Design Review Committee is expected to review the plans from Atlanta-based architecture firm Studio SOGO, according to the news outlet.

The warehouse is located three miles southwest of Downtown Atlanta. The site has 284 existing parking spaces and potential to add 159 more spaces.

According to LoopNet, the facility was built in 1965 and was formerly used as a studio for a production company.

“This impressive 211,585 SF facility offers a powerful combination of functionality, accessibility, and a vibrant atmosphere, ideal for businesses seeking a dynamic workspace that embodies Atlanta’s spirit innovation,” according to marketing materials about the space.
