If it’s like other locations, the new 2,435 square-foot Golftec, at 699 Spring Street Suite 400 and 500, will feature indoor bays, powered by TECSWING using Foresight Sports simulators, for lessons, club fitting, and practice. Each bay is equipped with OptiMotion, a motion tracking innovation that sets a new standard for how golf swings are measured and the way golf instruction is delivered.

Golftec facilities normally include indoor putting green and lessons enhanced by TECPUTT, a motion technology that analyzes face angle, loft, and path direction of putting strokes.

Building out the new Golftec will cost an estimated $160,000, according to the filings, which include “the necessary mechanical, plumbing, and electrical improvements” needed for the space.

“Since 1995, Golftec’s mission has remained the same — to help people play better golf,” a press release states. “The Golftec experience is designed for golfers of all ages and abilities to work with an expert Coach to build a game improvement plan customized to their specific needs and goals.”

Golftec has 220 locations across the world, according to the company’s website. The Midtown location will open in the HERE Atlanta student apartment building.
