The rendering arrives hours before project planners are set to meet with the Midtown Development Review Committee Tuesday evening to discuss its plans for the midtown mixed-use.

News that Einstein’s and Joe’s on Juniper might fall victim to the incoming project was met with mixed sentiment Thursday when What Now Atlanta broke the news. Middle Street Partners in a prepared statement today said it wants to incorporate the restaurants into its ground-up development.

“Middle Street Partners looks forward to presenting the project to the Midtown Development Review Committee this evening,” according to the statement. “We are in active discussions with the property’s ownership team and are committed to working together in hopes to keep the beloved Einstein’s and Joe’s on Juniper as part of the new project.”

Metrotainment Cafes, the owner of Einstein’s and Joe’s on Juniper, last week said it would keep the businesses open through June.

More details are expected at the review committee meeting on March 9, and What Now Atlanta will update its reports as new information becomes available.
