Why does What Now Atlanta limit the number of available memberships?
In order to give our members handcrafted VIP Experiences, access to our Elite 100, etc., What Now Atlanta has to limit the number of available memberships. Memberships are first come, first serve, while available.
What restaurants and retailers participate in the Deals & Discounts?
Once you become a member, What Now Atlanta will send you a list of participating restaurants and retailers, and mail you a physical membership card. The list is always growing. When a new business adds a promotion, we’ll notify you by email.
How often are the VIP Experiences?
At least once a month.
What can I expect from a VIP Experience?
What Now Atlanta members will get access to hand-crafted VIP experiences like a hard-hat tour during construction of an up-and-coming commercial project or a menu tasting at a yet-to-open restaurant. Our VIP Experiences are only open to members and there’s never an additional charge to attend. Food & beverage (when applicable) is always included.
What’s the Elite 100?
Every year What Now Atlanta recognizes the city’s 100-best restaurants and retailers at an evening gala. The event is only open to Elite 100 winners and What Now Atlanta members. Past events have been held at Porsche and Sweetwater Brewery.
Do you store my credit card details?
What Now Atlanta processes payments using Stripe. We never have access to your credit card details nor do we store that information.
How do I renew my What Now Atlanta membership?
Annual memberships automatically renew on the anniversary of your join date. Monthly memberships renew every month. If you don’t want your membership to auto-renew, log-in to your account and from the drop-down at the top right corner under “Hello (your name),” select “Account Settings” and toggle to the “Subscriptions” tab and click “Turn off auto-renewal.”
What if I want to cancel my What Now Atlanta membership?
Log in, go to the “Hello [your-name]” drop-down at the top right corner, and click “Account Settings.” Then toggle to the “Subscriptions” tab and click “Turn off auto-renewal.” This means you will not be charged for your next billing cycle. We do not issue returns for memberships.
