It will be the second location for the gastro sports bar.

News of the opening of Butcher & Brew follows on the heels of the opening of Tocayo, a fast-casual taco stand and Maven’s newest eatery, which debuted at Halcyon last month.

Both concepts are from Maven’s Founder Louis Soon, the restaurateur behind South Main Kitchen and Lapeer Seafood Market, alongside Executive Chef Leo Garcia and Maven’s Culinary Director Andy Long

“At Butcher & Brew, we focus on the people, both those working here and those eating here,” Soon said in the release.

“We look to create an environment where guests can have an upscale meal while cheering on their favorite sports team or connecting with friends over a craft beer. Halcyon is the perfect home for our next location, and we’re excited to bring our high-energy concept to Forsyth County.”

The new Butcher & Brew is situated in a 3,000-square-foot space in the newly-opened mixed-use Alpahretta development, at 6690 Town Square Suite 410.

Butcher & Brew at Halcyon will serve made-from-scratch American pub fare including wings, bowls, soups, salads, and sandwiches.

A rotating selection of draft beer will feature 20 options on tap at any given time, which can be enjoyed, along with the restaurant’s shared plates, on a covered patio overlooking Halcyon’s “Village Green” or while catching the latest game on one of Butcher & Brew’s 20 televisions.

Butcher & Brew’s original location in Alpharetta’s Historic Downtown District made its debut in 2016.
