A grand opening party will be held on Friday, according to a post on the neighborhood restaurant’s Facebook page.
Manny’s Grant Park replaces Stone Soup, at 588 Woodward Ave SE.
The pub, first announced in 2017, was targeting a spring 2018 debut.
It’s unclear why the opening has been delayed by nearly a year.
The space is designed with sports fans in mind.
Several televisions can be found throughout the pub.
There is also a game room complete with darts and a patio.
Manny’s Grant Park will serve lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch.
Its beer menu offers 20 options on draft.

So Maloof opened Manny’s, bought the Yacht Club, sold the Manuel’s building and adjacent parking lot (to be developed into high-end townhouses)– yet had the nerve to do a GoFundMe to keep Manuel’s open. Geez…
Is this the same guy that asked for money via Gofundme that currently sits at $186k? If not, I apologize. Damn smart, savvy, and borderline corrupt if so. Damn. One born every minute.
I believe this is his son who opened Manny’s Grant Park.
That’s correct.
PPP as well…
