Fuqua’s Madison Yards has secured a slew of new tenants, according to a recently surfaced site plan for the Reynoldstown development.
An insider close to the project confirmed the newly secured and “in the works” leases with What Now Atlanta (WNA) Friday.
Hoots, a sister concept to Hooters which launched its first location in Chicago, is among the confirmed leases for the project.
The Madison Yards Hoots, while sharing similarities to the original Chicago location, will offer different elements, the insider said.
“It wouldn’t be relevant to say the Chicago Hoots is going to be exactly like the outpost in Madison yards,” according to our source.
A Hoots representative did not immediately respond to WNA’s requests for comment Friday.
Fork U Concepts has also struck a deal to open a location of its Taqueria Tsunami restaurant in Madison Yards, the ninth location for the company.
It is the second Taqueria Tsunami announced in recent months.
In late-2018 WNA uncovered plans for a Peachtree Corners location in Fuqua’s Peachtree Town Center development.
Taqueria Tsunami will take the place of the previously-announced The Local Pizzaiolo which will no longer open at the development.

- Salon Lofts

- SunTrust
- Carriage Cleaners
- Unique Threading and Wax
- Orangetheory
Some deals “in the works” include:
- First Watch Cafe
- Solidcore
- Highland Yoga
Publix and AMC anchor the project alongside one of Madison Yard’s first-known tenants Char from Chef Richard Tang.

What this development really needs is a Marshall’s or something besides more nail and hair salons. The area is already saturated with that kind of business.
What happened to a large gym? I really would like to see LA Fitness on that side of town
it needs neither of that. what it needed was to not look like it was cut out of the metro suburbs. It has no character, looks just like everything else, and lacks originality. It
wouldn’t have killed them to put some creativity into this gentrification mess
These businesses (all except Highland Yoga) don’t belong in this part of Atlanta. They belong in Alpharetta or Buckhead. I live across the street but won’t be frequenting any of this mess. I’ll stick to the more foodie places being developed along Memorial. The only thing I’m excited about here is the movie theater.
