Leasing documents reviewed by What Now Atlanta indicate that the restaurant is planned for 656 Exchange Circle, in a 1,430-square-foot space at the Gateway Station shopping center. Other businesses at the center include Top Dawg Tavern and Las Margaritas Mexican Restaurant.
Ryan Lane started Lane’s BBQ in 2013 by selling barbecue from a roadside produce stand, gaining a following for the brisket, pork and more.
After offering catering services for a few years, Lane’s BBQ launched its own line of seasonings and sauces, which was recently featured on the Netflix show Barbecue Showdown. The products can be ordered online and found in grocery stores and shops around the country.
The new restaurant is expected to open around spring 2025. In the meantime, if you want to get a taste of Lane’s BBQ ahead of their opening, you can order meats, biscuits and more online for weekend pick-up. Follow on Instagram @lanesbbqandbiscuits and @lanesbbq for updates.
