Loaded Potato Bar first opened in Vinings in December 2020 before closing last year. Now, the concept is working on a new location, at 1087 Euclid Avenue NE.

The menu includes a lineup of baked potatoes with music-inspired names, like the Biggie Potato, a nod to Biggie Smalls. The potato is loaded with barbecue chicken, ribeye steak and shrimp then topped with broccoli, cheddar cheese, sour cream and chives. The menu also includes vegan options.

Loaded Potato Bar comes from music artist Ashly Tate, AKA Passhon.

The concept’s new home is located a few doors down from Variety Playhouse, between El Bandido Mex Mex Grill and Elmyr. The space is 1,346 square feet, according to a building permit application with the City of Atlanta. J + G Design Group is the architecture team behind the new restaurant.
