As previously reported by What Now Atlanta, Toro Development Company announced a 43-acre mixed-use development, and among the restaurants will be Lily Sushi Bar.

Coined as Medley, Lily Sushi Bar is one of the 11 restaurants that will be a part of the upcoming mixed-use project. Owner Susan Vuong is excited about bringing the concept to the area.

Lily Sushi Bar prides itself on providing locally sourced produce and fresh fish flown into its restaurants directly from Japan. The new location in Johns Creek will offer the same quality of food. The Japanese eatery also offers an array of hand-crafted cocktails, complementing the robust offerings for sushi enthusiasts.

The planned location inside Medley will be the second Lily’s location, expanding its footprint in the North Georgia area.

The upcoming development in Johns Creek will offer the same food concepts and ensure customers have the same excellent experience as its original store in Alpharetta.

With a combined experience level of 30 years in the Japanese restaurant industry, Vuong opened the original location in The Maxwell open-air retail and dining center in April 2021.
