Lewis and Sheron Textiles is no longer situated on Huff Road, the company’s home for 33 years.
The 75-year-old company has relocated to a brand new showroom, at 1017 Collier Road, adjacent The Peach Pit’s original studio.
August 17 was the last day for Lewis and Sheron Textiles in its old home.
An opening timeline for the new location has not been finalized.
“We are excited to continue to serve the community,” Bobbi Sheron, the company’s senior vice president, said in a prepared statement.
“It’s an honor celebrating 75 years in such a diverse and special city. We look forward to the new experiences we will share with our customers both old and new.”
Lewis and Sheron Textiles is a four-generation, American-owned and operated fabrics and home furnishings company founded in 1944.
It retails fabrics, trimmings, American furniture, and “heirloom quality” hand-made rugs.
