Lenox Square will soon welcome True Food Kitchen and Zinburger Wine and Burger Bar to its forthcoming remodeled Peachtree Road entrance, while Phipps Plaza will introduce Italian label Giuseppe Zanotti to Atlanta, according to the release.

Simon plans to also add 375 residential units “behind Lenox Square, near Bloomingdale’s” through a partnership with The Related Group.

“The combination of first-to-market brands and new plans for a residential project further reinforces Simon’s commitment to the premier retail addresses in Buckhead,” Robin Suggs, Lenox Square general manager, said in the release.

As a major element of Lenox Square’s multi-phase renovation project, the revamped main entrance will include a two-story glass storefront to house the two new full-service restaurants, updating the mall’s streetside presence, including a redesigned porte-cochere and enhanced valet amenities.

Giuseppe Zanotti is expected to open in the fall of 2013 at Phipps, and will occupy a 1,481 square foot space located on the main level near “Court of the South.”

This new retailer will join the recently announced Agent Provocateur, Mephisto, Trina Turk, Jack Rogers and a newly renovated Cole Haan.
