The store is planned for 2952 Cobb Parkway at a two-story building housing a Barnes and Noble, ToNeTo Atlanta reported. Plans for the location include a convenience store, as well as potentially offices, a sit-down restaurant, and training and meeting space.

According to ToNeTo Atlanta, the more-than-20,000-square-foot space is about four times the size of a typical RaceTrac location. Plans include 16 fueling stations and 12 EV charging spots. Work on the new location could start next summer.

RaceTrac is an Atlanta-based gas-station chain with locations across the South. In addition to Georgia, RaceTrac can be found in Alabama, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee and Texas.
