The townhome community will add ten additional units to its original seven-unit development. The project will cost an estimated $3.4 million.

Located across from the Edgewood-Candler Park MARTA station, the community finished its most recent round of development in 2013.

The new units will feature a wider variety of floor plans as opposed to the initial seven units, which are each 4-bedroom plans starting in the mid 200s, according to the community’s website.

Managing director was not immediately available for comment.
