It’s unclear when the new location might open, as a representative of Just Loaf’n did not return a request for comment.

Just Loaf’n is known for its traditional New Orleans dishes such as the namesake Po’boy, which comes in 11 different varieties including shrimp, oyster, catfish, alligator, cajun chicken tenders, and fried green tomatoes and vegan shrimp for the plant-based inclined. Meanwhile, folks can also order those varieties as plates served with hush puppies, coleslaw, and choice of side ranging from jambalaya, gumbo, red beans & rice, corn on the cob, and more. Of course, it wouldn’t truly be a New Orleans experience without the city’s iconic dessert options; beignets and Sno Balls.

In addition to its flagship restaurant in Chevron Plaza, Just Loaf’n also operates a food truck, both of which allow the company to “[do] our part to feed the local community and embrace the New Orleans culture.”
