The 1,230-square-foot corner space, now owned by Asana Partners, the real estate firm overhauling the 48,632 square feet of ground-level Glenwood Park retail center that houses Jeni’s, sits across the street from the newly-opened Bond-inspired Vesper bar. Its hours of operation are noon to 11 p.m daily. “We’re excited to be part of the rapidly growing Glenwood Park community,” Jeni’s writes of the location on its website. “Come by and say hi—and be sure to ask about what’s new.”
Jeni’s in 2019 opened in Buckhead. Plans call for a storefront in The Battery Atlanta which will be “scooping soon,” according to the Jeni’s website, and at one point a Midtown outpost was in the works. The company, led by Co-Owners Jeni and Charly Bauer, is continuing its coast-to-coast expansion with stores expected to open later this year like in the Runway Playa Vista development in Los Angeles. The company at the onset of the pandemic made a heavy marketing push toward its home delivery service which includes some social-distancing-themed packages.

This is not in Sandy Springs, this is in Dunwoody. Joey D’s it’s not in perimeter place. Shops of Buckhead is 10 miles away and Lenox Square is 7 miles away and are not “close”. Can you please orient your reader to the appropriate places and things?
