Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams has paired together various pints of its frozen treats in a new for-delivery series called the “Social Distancing Collections” in response to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

The Emergency Chocolate Stash Collection, for example, includes one pint of each of the following: Blackout Chocolate Cake, Boston Cream Pie, Darkest Chocolate, Milkiest Chocolate, Texas Sheet Cake, and Salted Peanut Butter with Chocolate Flecks.

Stocking up on ice cream could prove to be wise as Atlantans have been ordered to “stay at home” until April 7.

“As we continue to responsibly socially distance and stay home, we’re all looking for meaningful ways to stay connected,” a Jeni’s spokesperson in an email told What Now Atlanta.

“Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams just launched social distancing collections that are a perfect addition to a care package for a loved one, celebrating a special occasion from home, or hosting your own virtual ice cream party (flavors within collections may vary a bit based on regional availability).

The six-pint package costs $68 plus flat-rate shipping and “guaranteed frozen delivery,” and can be ordered here.

“Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams delivered perfectly frozen right to your doorstep. Yes, this is real life.”

And while Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams Co-Founder Jeni Britton Bauer is stuck at home like everyone else, the ice cream maker is taking to Instagram to crowdsource 2021 flavors.

“I’ve been hard at work today turning my home kitchen into the new [Jeni’s] test kitchen,” Bauer posted to the social media platform.

“So, put your flavor ideas in comments or DM me and we’ll get to work on them! I’ll also make recipes you can make at home with your friends and family, so get your canister in your freezer and get ready to make some ice cream over the next few weeks!”
