According to owner Doug Gross, Kaleidoscope Bistro & Pub‘s tacos have received such a good response that he and the other owners of the restaurant decided to begin planning a restaurant around them.

The team is working on a new Mexican concept that will be called Jefe’s Tacos and Tequila.

A What Now Atlanta (WNA)  reader passed on information that the concept will occupy the former Noche space in Brookhaven, but did not move to confirm this in a phone conversation with WNA today. However, he has confirmed it will be in Brookhaven.

Gross told WNA that Kaleidoscope’s barbeque pork and chicken tacos – which the restaurant serves as specials – won a barbeque competition last Friday.

The owner promised to reveal more details in the coming days, but for now, readers may rest assured that the food at Jefe’s Tacos and Tequila will be “authentic and affordable.”
