The bronze-clad towers will have separate names and embody different concepts. The 37-story, taller north tower will be called The Juniper. The other tower will be called The Reserve at Juniper and will have 34 stories. At the ground level, the bases of the two towers will be two 5,000-square-foot retail spaces covering the corners of the 11th and 12th streets.

The Juniper will have a total of 320 apartments that set “A new standard of contemporary warmth.” The highest floor will have programmable amenity spaces. The residents will be able to attend sessions at the hot yoga studio, work at the coworking suites, and hit the gym at the large fitness center. There will also be an enriched private club service curated with attention to detail, as per the developers.

There will also be tailored services that cater to every detail. Residents will have access to exclusive wellness-focused amenities that nurture both body and mind – a private rooftop pool, cold plunge, salt, infrared saunas, and more. The Reserve is about refined living that is outstanding.

The architects for the project are Brock Hudgins Architects, an Atlanta-based firm. CID Design Group from Naples, Florida, has taken up the Interior and brand design. The interiors will find inspiration from the city’s iconic park that’s nearby, bringing in the element of nature.

The project got significant attention as soon as it was announced in the summer of 2022. Located just west of Piedmont Park, the building is taking up the space that once belonged to well-established businesses in the area. The Two-Tower Multifamily Project had secured $245 Million Construction Financing in December 2022.

As per the official website for the project, the units are slated to be available for rent starting in Spring 2025. Both towers have been topped out since last summer, and the construction is going on in full swing.

Located at 1081 Juniper St. Tower, the apartments will become one of the city’s most prestigious residential addresses, a statement said. It added that the project will have a transformative effect on Midtown Atlanta.

Middle Street has been working on several projects across Atlanta – a few have been completed, and others are in construction and the pipeline. As for Midtown, there has been a long slew of high-rise buildings rising on its skyline for the past decade or so.
