Jamba Juice Chastain Square Now Closed

Assets and lease rights for the shuttered juice franchise are up for grabs at a $25,000 asking price.

Jamba Juice is no longer open in Chastain Square.

The quick-service franchise, at 4279 Roswell Road NE Suite 201, first debuted in late-2015.

It’s possible that a new franchisee could take over the lease and re-open Jamba Juice or something similar.

The Shumacher Group on Sunday listed the smoothie shop’s “assets and lease rights” for $25,000.

That figure excludes the franchise which cost the current franchisee “$400,000 to open,” according to the listing.

Rent for the 1,000-square-foot space is $4,200 per month.

It’s unclear why this Jamba Juice closed its doors, especially given its “super high traffic location” and “middle to very high incomes.”

The Jamba Juice brand last year was acquired by Atlanta-based Focus Brands for $200 million.

Last week the company announced it would drop “juice” from its name and operate as “Jamba.”

Atlantans can see the new name and brand at the planned Midtown location on the Georgia Tech Campus opening later this year.
