When Midtown’s Jai Ho Indian Kitchen fully reopens after the shelter-in-place mandates are lifted, the restaurant will start serving an unlikely cuisineMexican.

Clementinas Mexican Food, a family-owned restaurant in Mexico from Chef Nadia Norris, is going to share Jai Ho’s large Piedmont Park-adjacent space, at 560 Dutch Valley Road NE STE 100, through a newly-formed partnership.

It will be a “dueling kitchen,” Jai Ho Owner and Chef Anish Nair Saturday told What Now Atlanta in an email.

“We will dived the dining area.”

In the meantime, Clementinas will offer Northern Mexican eats out of the space for takeout.

Jai Ho is also serving food-to-go while its dining room is temporarily closed.

Also, in support of COVID-19 front line workers, Jai Ho and Clementinas are providing 200 free meals across four days (April 14 – 17, 2020) to first responders.

Interested healthcare workers/hospitals can call the restaurant and place an order, Tuesday through Sunday, from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m.

“We want to be a part of this community and will do what we can to help in any way possible.”
