Prime IV Hydration & Wellness is planned for 425 Buford Highway in suite 102, according to a building permit application with Gwinnett County.

Amy Neary founded the wellness franchise in 2017, and it has since grown to more than 140 locations nationwide. The concept offers IV therapy treatments, micronutrient injections and rapid weight loss solutions.

According to the company, intravenous injection of vitamins and minerals can be more potent and effective than ingesting them orally.

“As a premier IV Hydration Therapy clinic, we formulate IV vitamin therapies that help maximize your overall health and wellness,” according to the website. “So whether you are looking to instantly reverse a hangover, boost your immune system through the flu season or are looking for a supplement to other therapies, Prime IV is the answer.”

There are several existing locations of Prime IV Hydration & Wellness in metro Atlanta, including in Marietta, Sandy Springs and Smyrna. A location is also planned for Peachtree Corners, according to a site map.

It appears that the 1,240-square-foot Suwanee studio will be located in a commercial building with other tenants like Town Center Dental, Cielo Sky Nail Salon, Prana Harmony Wellness & Metaphysical Shop and Stretch Zone.

Prime IV Hydration & Wellness is expected to open in Suwanee sometime in 2024. Follow on Instagram @primeivsuwanee to stay updated.
