Curated by Robert Montwaid and Emmy and James Beard Award-winning Chef Andrew Zimmern the food hall inside The Works will reportedly introduce a total of 31 vendors.
“It’s official. We’re coming to you later this year,” It’s Baked Baby posted to Facebook on Thursday.
A Kickstarter was created for the restaurant for its first brick-and-mortar location.
It’s Baked Baby is a from-scratch, farm-to-table loaded baked potato concept. It was created to provide Atlanta a healthy alternative to standard fast-food meals.
It’s Baked Baby builds its entire menu around the potato as it provides a perfect base for healthy meals and offers a lot of flexibility in terms of preparation and flavoring.
Among the most popular items on the menu is the Main Squeeze, a potato topped with a rich and delicious combination of collards, mac and cheese, fried chicken thighs, and BBQ sauce.
Since it was founded in 2019, It’s Baked Baby has grown from easy access pop-up shops to now transitioning to its first brick-and-mortar providing dine-in and carry-out services.
It’s Baked Baby announced the news earlier this month.
