Isla & Co. will come to 976 Brady Ave NW, Suite 110 in West Midtown, according to David Orr, president of Parched Hospitality.
“We are very excited to be opening our second location in Atlanta and love the city,” Orr said in an email to What Now Atlanta.
Isla & Co. will take over the space previously occupied by Baffi, an Italian restaurant from celebrity chef Jonathan Waxman that closed a few months ago.
The first Atlanta location of Isla & Co. is set to open Dec. 8 in Buckhead. It’s coming to Andrews Square.
The concept serves brunch and dinner with dishes that are inspired by Australian coastal towns.
“Isla & Co. was born from the culture of the Australian hospitality industry creating an approachable dining destination in an elevated environment,” says the restaurant’s website. “Serving specialty coffee and brunch dishes inspired by Australian coastal towns by day and a cocktail driven dinner destination by night, Isla & Co. also draws influences from Europe and South East Asia.”
Parched Hospitality is also behind other restaurant concepts including Hole in the Wall, The Sentry, Daintree, Isla and Ghost Burger.
