Pours should begin summer 2020.
Iron Hill Perimeter will partner with Chicago-based Aria Group Architects to design the brewery and restaurant, which will have on-site brewing, a dining room, a bar and patio seating in addition to its 350 seats across the 7,500-square-foot space.
“We are very excited to be a part of the growing Atlanta craft brewery scene,” Kevin Finn, Iron Brewery Chairman and Director of Development shared with What Now Atlanta in an email.
“Although Iron Hill is one of the most award winning brewery’s east of the Mississippi, what really sets us apart is our chef driven, made from scratch menu and we can’t wait to be able to share both our beer and food with Atlanta.”
Iron Hill Perimeter will be the company’s twentieth restaurant and brewery–a boon for the company’s “20 by 20” initiative to open and operate 20 locations by the end of the year 2020.
Iron Hill recently signed a lease on another Atlanta brewpub in Eden’s Lenox Marketplace shopping center in Buckhead in July.
That outpost is also expected to open next.
