Here are some great events happening all across Atlanta this holiday season. Celebrate Christmas and New Year with loads of fun experiences.
Check Out the Pop-up bars Around Town
Those looking to celebrate the holiday season with some drinks are in quite the luck. Pop-up bars have opened all across Atlanta this Holiday season. They will be serving some drinks, from chilled beers to delicious wine and Festive cocktails. Dance to the holiday music and enjoy the festive atmosphere.
The Blind Elf Experience will be open at the Blind Pig Parlor Bar till December 30. Two cocktails and two appetizers will be served at a price of $54 per person.
Jointly celebrating Christmas and Hanukkah, the Chrismukkah Bar is open. It will be open to customers on all Fridays and Saturdays in December. They’ll be serving some amazing latkes, caviar, donuts, and festive cheese logs. Drink up with eggnog, yuzu pine margaritas, hot toddies, and zero-proof drinks.
The Jingle Bar will be serving some delicious festive drinks and holiday treats. The Tiki Holiday Bar at Decatur will be serving Seasonal tiki drinks till December 28.

Be Wonderstruck At the Georgia Aquarium
Georgia Aquarium will be a great place to visit during the Holidays until January 2. The sights and sounds of Holidays will amaze visitors. The atrium at the aquarium has been completely transformed with festive music, winter-inspired projections, and our 40-foot live tree. Other activities offered here include photos with Santa and daily lighting of the Christmas tree. The holiday-themed dolphin presentations are a must-watch. Visit the Winter Wonderland at the Atlanta Botanical Garden
The “Garden Lights, Holiday Nights” is taking place at the Atlanta Botanical Garden this Holiday season. Over a million lights shine every night, transforming the gardens into a magical experience. This year there is an upgrade to the world’s largest curtain of synchronized light and sound, “Nature’s Wonders.” Visitors must take a look at several of the giant plant sculptures from Alice’s Wonderland Returns dramatically lit. It includes the Skyline Garden’s towering White Rabbit and nearby Cheshire Cat overlooking the Chess Set.
General admission and premium tickets are available for the visitors. General admission will be $49.95 and $46.95 for Adults and Children (between ages 3 and 12), respectively. Premium tickets will be sold at $64.95 and $61.95, respectively. Children under 3 will not be required to have a ticket. Check out more information on the event here.
All Aboard the Coca-Cola Holiday Express
Visit Pemberton Place to witness the holiday magic at the World of Coca‑Cola. Visitors can wander the park beautifully decorated for the Holidays. This can be followed by a very enjoyable 5-6 minute experience on the Coca‑Cola Holiday Express. The train will be running till December 29.
Anyone who’s got a ticket to Pemberton Place can hop on the train access. This means that those who visit the World of Coca‑Cola, Georgia Aquarium, and National Center for Civil Human Rights will have access. Book slots through the QR code at the ticket counter.
Enjoy Holiday Lights at Dunwoody
Dunwoody’s Brook Run has a light display with 100,000 lights. The walk-through experience is quite special, which makes this place a must-visit during the Holidays. This year’s theme is “Arctic Safari”. Reflecting the theme, it features a safari-style vehicle and train, the Mega Tree, illuminated faux igloo geo-domes, Arctic animal ice shapes, a penguin glow area, and more. The walk-through will be lit every night until December 31. Admission to all visitors is free.
