The location, represented by Steve Josovitz of the The Shumacher Group, was first listed back in December 2021, as What Now Atlanta reported at the time. Josovitz went on to close the deal on behalf of the Seller while assisting all parties involved.

In a statement shared with What Now Atlanta, a Hobnob spokesperson said, “HOBNOB Neighborhood Tavern, the neighborly gathering spot with locations in Brookhaven, Perimeter,

Atlantic Station and Halcyon, will open a Vinings location this summer in the former Paces & Vine restaurant space. Offering local fare in a neighborhood setting, HOBNOB is known for great burgers, weekend brunch, an extensive bourbon list and a commitment to each community in which they are located. HOBNOB is also a welcoming destination for guests to watch their favorite sports on the many TVs, play one of the many board games, and enjoy weekly specials like Tuesday Trivia and live entertainment.”

True to its name, Hobnob Neighborhood Tavern is synonymous with comfort food favorites and “Tavern Specialities,” such as Southern Buttermilk Chicken Tenders, Spicy Low Country Shrimp & Grits, Mother’s Meatloaf, and Chicken and Waffles, with a menu of signature burgers and sandwiches to boot, including the Wise Guy’s Burger with caramelized onions, bacon jam, bacon strips, cheddar cheese, and tabasco onions, a Short Rib Melt featuring 12-hour braised short rib, giardiniera, and fontina, and the 19th Hole Grilled Cheese Sandwich topped with sharp cheddar boudin cheese spread, bacon jam, spinach, sweet banana peppers, tomato, and smoked gouda.
