HOBNOB will occupy 5,078 square feet plus two stories of patio spaces overlooking one of the Alpharetta development’s greenspaces and Cattle Shed will occupy a 2,078-square-foot space with an 805-square-foot patio.

It will be the fourth location for HOBNOB.

Established in 2010 in Atlanta’s Midtown neighborhood has a hub for lunch, dinner, happy hours and weekend brunch, HOBNOB has recently expanded to open locations in Brookhaven and Dunwoody, with plans to open a fifth location at Atlantic Station in 2021.

HOBNOB will offer its familiar menu at Halcyon, consisting of fried green tomatoes, warm pretzels with beer cheese dip, pot pie and pot roast with steaks and award-winning burgers. The tavern also boasts one of the largest selections of bourbon in the Southeast.

Owner Sean Yeremyan also will debut Cattle Shed Wine & Steak Bar, a new concept he and his wife created after visiting Charleston and drawing inspiration from the city’s culinary culture.

The wine bar will serve a collection of seasonal, chef-driven dishes, including premium steak cuts, small plates, charcuterie boards and crêpes for dessert and more than 200 wines.

“As we continue to grow HOBNOB from its roots in Midtown to new communities across metro Atlanta, we are seeking gathering places where our guests can kick back, unplug and spend quality time with each other,” Yeremyan said in a press release Friday.

HOBNOB and Cattle Shed bring Halcyon’s lineup of food and beverage tenants now open or coming soon to 19 total concepts including the recently announced Frenchie’s Royal House of Frites & Meats and Holmes Slice.
