The Sugarloaf Mills location will sell clothing for the whole family, with collections for ladies and men, as well as separate “store within a store” sections for accessories. The Sugarloaf Mills Mall location will also carry H&M’s children’s collection for newborns to fourteen year olds.

Atlanta-based Verde Taqueria is constructing a third outpost at the Gateway Shopping Center at 4600 Roswell Road, in Suite D140. The concept currently has two existing locations on Collier Road and in Downtown Brookhaven.

Both Charleys Philly Steaks and Alino Pizzeria are in the works at the Mall of Georgia food court. A marketing flyer from Simon indicates that Alino Pizzeria will open in the Fall of 2016.

Charley’s Philly Steaks is a multi-unit franchise with a location in Lenox Square Mall and several other locations in the state. In addition, the eatery has a sister concept, Charley’s Grilled Subs, with a few existing locations including Hartsfield Jackson Airport and Northpoint Mall in Alpharetta.

Alino’s Pizzeria is a growing neapolitan concept based in Mooresville, North Carolina.
