The Minnesota-based clothing boutique this week filed plans with City of Atlanta to buildout suite #406c, a 1,009-square-foot space in the Buckhead mall, a portion of the footprint that was previously occupied by Oakley.
Oakley earlier this month shuttered its Lenox Square Mall store, according to signage posted to the sunglass retailer’s front door.
An estimated $250,000 could be spent building out the new Hammer Made in Buckhead.
The Lenox Hammer Made would be the company’s second Georgia location, the first planned for Avalon.
Jason Hammerberg, Hammer Made’s founder, did not immediately return What Now Atlanta’s request for comment.
