Franchisee Eric C. Jones Sr. is bringing the “man cave,” made popular through the television series “Shark Tank,” to the market.

Jones estimates a November 2018 opening for the male grooming concept, at 1039 Grant St SE Ste A12.

The 1,787-square-foot space sits directly across the parking lot from what is supposed to be the new location for Churchill Grounds Jazz Cafe, Jones in an email Friday told What Now Atlanta.

“Some years ago I pondered a similar idea after I visited a nail shop to get a pedicure,” Jones said.

“A year later I watched the episode of Shark Tank where Hammer and Nails Founder Micheal Elliot pitched the idea to the Sharks. I thought ‘this is just like what I wanted to do.'”

When Hammer and Nails started offering franchise opportunities, “there was no hesitation. I jumped right in.”

Hammer and Nails is part-barbershop, part-nail salon with services including haircuts and shaving, and hand and foot care.

Its services are specifically designed for men.

The company has five locations across California, Florida, Maryland, and Texas, and at least seven outposts are “coming soon” including the one in Atlanta.
